Vamonos Taqueria
In 2005, Grupo Anderson’s approached Quantified Marketing Group with the task of creating a completely original concept to expand rapidly throughout the United States.
Based on the fact that fast-casual dining is the fastest-growing segment in the restaurant industry, as well as the growing popularity of restaurants serving bold and authentic ingredients, Quantified Marketing Group developed Vamonos, an authentic Mexican taqueria.
The concept, based on elements of the Mexican culture, includes a Mexican folk art décor with pictures of Mexican pop-culture and comically ironic Mexican sayings throughout. The colorful exterior represents a traditional taqueria with a modern feel.
In addition to concepting and designing the restaurant, Quantified Marketing Group also developed a financial model and franchise plan for the U.S. expansion of Vamonos, along with a full range of marketing collaterals, all based on the vibrant green and orange color scheme. From the initial concepting to menu development and design, as well as the creation of uniforms and training programs, Quantified Marketing Group was able to bring “a tour of Mexico in 8 minutes” to the U.S.
