Miami-Beach’s Fratelli la Bufala is a dining destination in the
heart of South Florida’s bustling
culture, at the corner of Washington
Avenue and 5th Street. The Miami
restaurant is the only North American location of the Naples, Italy-based chain. Fratelli la
Bufala preserves the rich culinary heritage of the Naples
inland region by specializing in bufala (buffalo) meats and cheese, which is
imported bi-weekly from Italy
and is used in many of the menu’s dishes, such as authentic Neapolitan
pizza. The concept, which debuted in Naples in
2002, has experienced so much success that it now has 27 locations across Italy, England,
Spain, Germany, and soon France.
