Po' Boy's Creole Cafe

Situation: With two corporate and five franchise locations throughout Florida, Po’ Boys Creole Café wanted more participants in its franchise program to continue the rapid growth and expansion of the chain. However, there was not a consistent creative platform/design throughout the existing stores, which also appeared outdated.

Solution: Quantified Marketing Group updated Po’ Boys look by creating new uniforms, a new creative platform and a new logo that more clearly represented the brand and better integrated the concept with New Orleans cuisine.

QMG also developed a local store marketing manual for franchisees to help them implement marketing strategies in their communities that would result in brand awareness and growth in sales. QMG also provided marketing assistance by creating a curbside to-go program and a turnkey grand opening to be implemented at new stores.

Result: All Po’ Boys locations now have an updated and consistent look that all future locations will follow. New marketing and grand opening tactics have been established for new franchisees to follow to ensure that the brand receives continued success and growth.
