Obee's

Situation: Owned by Ultimate Franchise Systems Inc., Obee’s prides itself on fresh soups, subs and salads. The chain, based in Port Charlotte, Florida, has locations throughout the United States. Obee’s approached Quantified Marketing Group to create fresh quarterly promotions to help retain existing customers and also attract new guests.

Solution: QMG’s creative design team is composed of award-winning professionals who have worked for some of the nation’s most prominent advertising agencies. Our first quarterly promotion for Obee’s centered on a never-ending soup bowl promotion, which increased the check average by adding a soup to a sub order.

We created an array of high-quality point of sale materials, such as window posters, ceiling danglers, counter cards and tray liners. QMG also developed a catering quarterly promotion designed to create awareness of Obee’s ability to provide food for parties and special events. In addition, we wrote and designed the corporate newsletter, On a Roll, which improved communication between corporate headquarters and the franchisees.
