My Friend's Place
Challenge: A tradition in the Atlanta area, My Friend’s Place wanted to retain longtime guests and gain a new generation of customers. However, the restaurant recognized it was a brand in dire need of revitalization. Open for lunch and specializing in savory soups and sandwiches, My Friend’s Place approached Quantified Marketing Group to develop a local store marketing plan and create a fresh, new look.
Solution: To get an idea of the direction My Friend’s Place in which needed to head, we conducted a marketing planning session. The company’s principals wanted a new appearance for the interior, and our concept development division designed a vibrant image that My Friend’s Place executives embraced. To further enhance the new image, we created a new Web site and new marketing collaterals to peak the interest of potential franchisees.
Result: Once uncertain of their direction, My Friend’s Place executives are now infused with energy about the company’s future with the new image. And they are excited about the interest that has resulted from prospective franchisees. Not long after QMG’s work was completed, several multi-national franchise organizations contacted My Friend’s Place about individual franchise acquisitions and master franchise agreements.
