How It Works
After entering into a nondisclosure/confidentiality agreement, we begin the process of gathering information about your company and conducting trend and market research to develop a competitive analysis. Next, a strategic planning session is scheduled, which is then followed by a meeting with representatives from each of QMG’s departments (Marketing Strategy, Research, Training, Public Relations and Design). During this meeting, your restaurant’s brand personality and positioning are discussed in-depth and clearly defined in order to begin the process of establishing your concept.
What We Do
Our concept development team, made up of specialized and experienced professionals, will make your vision come to life, working with architects throughout the entire process to ensure the consistency of the design and construction documents.
