Brownies Ingredients: 2 oz semisweet chocolate 2 eggs well beaten ¾ cup sugar ½ cup flour ¼ tsp salt ¼ cup amaretto liquor
Method: Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat
and allow to cool. Stir in eggs. Add sugar, flour, salt and Amaretto
liquor. Pour into buttered 8 inch pan and bake 35 minutes in a 325
degree preheated oven. (300 degrees in a convection oven). The brownies
should be very moist.
Chocolate sauce Ingredients: 8 oz semisweet chocolate ½ cup water ¼ cup cream
Method: In a double boiler melt the chocolate in the water stirring until creamy. Stir in the cream and remove from heat
Both may be made in advance and lightly heated before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream, sauce, whipped cream and pecans
